I must say that stress inevitable in our lives. 

Most of our source of stress could be our  job, kids, location of workplace etc. Like myself my sources of stress are my job and location of my workplace.

Because I work in a bar located in noisy part of the city.


So you can see no matter who may be stress is just inevitable in life if you must survive.

All we can do is to manage stress in order to escape its Harmful effects.

Too much stress can result to numerous health conditions such as heart disease, stroke, cancer etc.

Below are 5 Simple Ways to manage stress:

1. Get Enough Sleep

When you are under too much stress it's wise that you should have additional sleep and rest than you normally do.

It's even medically proved longer sleep helps in stress management.

2. Eat Healthy Meals

Avoid skipping meals and always eat healthy meals.

Your meals should be rich in colourful fruits and vegetables and poor in diary product and fatty foods for good stress management.

Avoid processed foods at all cost.

3. Sex

Yes sex is important in stress management.

This is because orgasm triggers the release of hormones reduce pain, relaxes you and make you sleep easily and deep.


Oxytocin which is one of the hormones enhance affection, feeling of intimacy and closeness between partners which is also important in stress management.

4.  Regular Exercise

Regular exercise is good for you if you are under too much stress.

5.  Listen To Music and Talk Someone

Listening to music when you are stressed can help ease the stress.

Also trying to talk to someone important to you possibly your friends, spouse, gf, or bf it's important in stress management.

Listen to messages you like, watch movies you like.
