When you are under too much stress, you tend to forget things easily.

This is because your body pumps out cortisol when you are under stress and this hormone can hinder your ability to remember things.

2. YOU CAN NO LONGER DO THINGS YOU COULD DO WITH EASE

When you are under too much stress, you mess up task you previously did it with ease.

3. YOU ARE ALWAYS TIRED

Constant exhaustion is another sign you might be under too much stress. 

When you are under too much stress, you find yourself always getting tired and looking for opportunities to sleep.

4. FEELING OF RESENTMENT

If you find yourself feeling a lot of resentment towards others, you just might be under too much stress.

When you are under too stress, you find yourself avoiding to connect to people who matter most to you and snapping at people easily.

5. CONSTANT HEADACHES

Constant headache could be another sign you are under too much stress.

6. YOU FEEL ITCHY

Feeling itchy could be another sign you are under too much stress.

According to experts, the skin’s nerve endings tend to release neuropeptides in response to stress. The result is the itchy feeling you get.

Too much stress can make your period late and it can also cause moderate to severe killer menstrual cramp.

8. INJURIES TAKE LONGER TO HEAL

Injuries take longer to heal when you are under too much stress, your body’s immune system is suppressed and this makes healing slower.

9. PHYSICAL SICKNESS

Headaches, persistent cold and frequent stomach upset could be a sign you are under too much pressure. Stress weakens your immune system.
