Everyone loves to have a smooth and clear face; no one would want a pimply face, but these things still happen and a lot of ladies are faced with fighting pimples and acne all the rest of their lives.

Pimples don’t really come on their own; there are likely reasons why you have pimples.

1. CHANGING SKIN CARE PRODUCTS FREQUENTLY

A lot of ladies have this habit of changing their skin care products too often; many women are looking for the miracle skin product, and change their products frequently upon receiving recommendations from others. Changing your skin care products regularly isn’t good for your skin and would only worsen matters.

2. USING HARSH HAIR PRODUCTS

Some products used on the hair are harsh for the face. When this product comes in contact with the face, it could cause skin irritation.

3. TOO MUCH EXPOSURE TO SUN

The sun isn’t a friend as far as your face is concerned. Too much exposure to sun won’t only cause skin damage but can also cause your skin to become dry, thereby stimulating oil production, which could lead to pimples.

4. PRESSURE ON THE FACE

A lot of people unknowingly apply pressure on the face and this isn’t good. Scrubbing your face with a towel or facial cleanser, resting your hand on your face or pressure from using a cellphone can lead to skin irritation.

5. DIRTY MAKEUP BRUSHES

This is another major cause of pimples in many ladies. Your makeup brushes ought to be washed regularly, as they retain lots of bacteria and dead skin cells which wouldn’t be good for your face.

6. DIRTY TOWELS AND PILLOWCASE

Your towels and pillowcases should be washed regularly. Using dirty towels and pillowcase can cause irritation to your face.

7. YOUR HANDS

Your hands are another reason you probably have pimples. The hands come in contact with lots of dust, particles, germs and bacteria on a daily basis. Touching your face with unwashed hands wouldn’t be good for your face.

8. NOT TAKING A BATH

After a sweaty day, you ought to take your bath and it’s also important to wash your face off the makeup on your face. Not doing this would only make matters worse for your face, and a lot of ladies are lazy to wash off at the end of a day.

These eight reasons are some of the likely reasons why you have pimples.
