1. Wash Off Your Makeup

Sleeping in your makeup is a sure way to wake up with some pimples, skin irritation, fine lines and wrinkles. Sleeping with mascara on can actually result in broken eyelashes if you rub your eyes at night or when you wake up in the morning. No matter how tired or lazy you feel, take off your makeup in order to wake up looking fresh and beautiful.

2. Take Bath

One of the things everyone wants to do once they are home is to relax. There are many ways to fight stress before bed. Some drink a glass of wine, while others watch their favorite TV shows. Those are unhealthy ways that can make you look even more tired in the morning. Taking a warm bath before you sleep helps you to relax and sleep better so you will definitely wake up beautiful in the morning.

3. Use A Facial Cleanser

Once you remove your makeup, use a facial cleanser to remove any dead skin, dirt and sweat. Facial cleansers are different than soap, so buy a product designed specifically for cleansing the delicate skin on your face. Pick a facial cleanser that’s right for your skin type.

4. Brush Your Teeth

Studies repeatedly show that not brushing teeth before bed can lead to some serious health issues, including heart disease. It sounds like a good reason to brush your teeth regularly.

5. Apply Moisturiser or Facial Lotion

Apply a thin coating of a quality moisturiser or face lotion to your skin to help keep it free. A good quality moisturiser can even help to make fine lines and wrinkles less visible.

Everyone can benefit from a regular moisturiser. Look for a moisturiser that’s made for your skin type. This is especially important if you have very dry skin or acne-prone skin.

6.Meditation

Yes, meditation is one of those things that can help you wake up looking amazing. Meditation helps get rid of negative thoughts and prepare for sleep. You would fall asleep calm and happy and wake up feeling great and looking beautiful.

7. Wear Your Hair Down

You might think it’s better to hold your hair back while you sleep, but keeping it down is actually better. Experts say that as you move around, the elastics can tear and damage your hair.
