3. SUGAR

4. COFFEE

A high coffee consumption isn’t good for the skin as it leads to increased cortisol in the body.

Excess cortisol in the body is bad for the skin as it causes fine lines and wrinkles in the skin. Moderation in the consumption of coffee is important.

5. SALT

Excessive salt consumption can lead to puffy eyes and dark circles.

6. INADEQUATE HEALTHY FATS

Skipping good fats can lead to dry skin and wrinkles.

Foods such as fish, walnuts and soybeans provides the body with healthy fats.
