In Africa, especially in Nigeria most people always feel at peace when they check their blood pressure and found it to be normal. Hello my esteemed readers, I thank God almighty for making it possible for us to make it to 2016... HAPPY NEW YEAR to you all.  I wish you all a prosperous 2016. I know most of you must have taken you new year resolution or maybe about to do so. But whatever you new year resolution is, here is an additional one you need to take in order to stay healthy and fit. It is code named RED R= Rest: always have enough rest don't over stress yourself. Even if your occupation makes you to over stress yourself. Always compensate it with good rest. Stress is never good for your health. E= Exercise: always exercise yourself. Regular exercise is good. Regardless of your occupation always make out time to do some exercise at least 1-2 hours on weekends and 15mins on week days. Here is a tip that will help on week days 1.
